I am qualified by academic and professional experience to teach undergraduate-level courses. I have completed 18-graduate semester hours in the fields of management and marketing. I have strong work ethic and ability to teach on campus and in distance learning environments. I possess good teaching traits, which include, high energy level, sense of humor, enthusiasm, passion for the discipline, superior speaking and writing skills, desire to help others and motivation. I have demonstrated teaching effectiveness and success by teaching undergraduate courses. Additionally, I have strong managerial skills required to be an effective tutor. My tutoring methods include identifying the learning style of each tutee before begin each tutoring session, engaging tutees in every tutoring session actively by asking them related tutoring questions, showing tutees how to break down concepts and theories into simple parts, striving to instill in all tutees the desire to learn and achieve tutoring success in each tutoring session, helping tutees develop a strong passion for learning and tutors them how to become focused, motivated and develop self-confidence, encouraging tutees to review all tutoring sessions after tutoring sessions are over, ensuring every tutee excels in all tutoring sessions, showing tutees how to do better in school by applying tutoring skills leaned from tutoring sessions, teaching tutees how to gain mastery in each tutoring session, empowering tutees to develop problem solving abilities and become self-learners, teaching them how to use effective and proven techniques and strategies when working independently.
